Terms of Service

Effective July 26, 2026

CanopyBid helps tree-service professionals prepare estimates. You are responsible for the scope, prices, taxes, terms, safety decisions, and customer commitments entered into the app.

Your account and data

Keep your device and account access secure. Do not use CanopyBid to store unlawful content or data you do not have permission to process. You can initiate account and cloud-data deletion from Settings.

Subscriptions

The free workspace supports up to three active estimates. Paid features and locally displayed prices are controlled by the selected App Store package. Subscriptions renew and can be cancelled through the App Store. Deleting a CanopyBid account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Service availability

The app is designed to keep core estimating work available offline, but sync, account linking, purchase verification, and online sharing depend on third-party networks and services.
